Student Teacher

Justin Trombka

Although not employed by the Grosse Ile School District, I am currently a senior at Eastern Michigan University majoring in Physical Education with a minor in Health.  I am currently student teaching with Mr. Wilson at the middle school for the first quarter of the year and then will finish off my semester student teaching with Mr. Harp at Parke Lane Elementary.

With the cooperation of Mrs. Aston, I have created this webpage as well as the P.E. Newsletter and the Lifetime Fitness video for the Physical Education department to help integrate technology into the classroom.  As an upcoming teacher I feel that one of the most important aspects in education is cross curriculum integration.  Physical Education is about more than just running around and having a good time; it is about learning life skills that enhance healthy behaviors in all areas of life.
