Back by popular demand!!! the Grosse Ile Glee Club will be participating in Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar restaurant fundraiser. The Glee Club received 20% of each bill. Please come and support Grosse Ile Glee Club. Students will be passing out coupons the week prior to the event. All are invited; friends, family, students, staff, and administration. THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT
IS IT YOUR BIRTHDAY?
During lunch, for a small price of $2.00, you can have a Glee Quartet sing to your table during lunch. This will be going on all year, so tell your friends to prepare themselves! Someone might by you a vocal birthday surprise!
SENIOR AUCTION September 20th
What is a Senior Auction? Seniors will
apply to be bided on by their fellow students. The top bidder for the Senior
will be able to have the Senior do their bidding for one school day! Whether it
be carrying their school books or taking them to breakfast etc.
What is required form the Senior?
The Senior will have to do what the student who bid for them wants them to do
for one school day. Whether it be pick them up for school, drop them off from
school, buying lunch etc.

Winter
CAROLING ON THE LAWN DECEMBER 21ST
Back by popular demand!!!! This winter the Grosse Ile Glee Club will be, once again, piling on a bus for the "Caroling on the Lawn" fundraiser. Raffle tickets will be sold, and 8 will be drawn. The students will ride on the bus, put on the their hats and mittens and will travel from house to house of the winning ticket holders. They will perform carols and holiday selections on their front lawns. Don't miss out. See a Glee Club for your raffle ticket :)
BLACK AND WHITE DINNER THEATRE FORMAL
NEW THIS YEAR! January 4th, 2007, at 5:00 p.m. in the Middle School Auditoria, Triple Threat Street and the Beat will be providing a night of entertainment with a meal. This is a formal event. Ticket's will be sold by Glee and show choir members.
Spring
Rhythm of the Night
New for this year! March 28th, 2007- Rhythm of the Night, in the high school auditorium 7:00 p.m.
Glee and Show Choir students will be selling tickets for this concert event. This event will be from 7:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. and will feature a variety of bands, groups, and professional artists. As soon as all the performers are booked, the schedule will be posted. If you and your band are intrested in being featured, contact Ms. Curran.

School dances? Prom? Sick of not know how to dance? We'll here is an opportunity for you! Emery Craig is coming to the Island! Sign up sheet will be in the music room and posted outside the auditorium doors. Admission is $5.00 and all students, staff, family, and friends are invited. Emery will be teaching various dance hustles, steps, and swing dancing. Come out and support the Glee Club and Show Choir and most importantly LEARN HOW TO DANCE! Admissions will go to the Glee Club/ Show Choir and help them pay their way to MSVMA Choral Festival.
