GIHS Health Science HOSA students will be hosting a blood drive on Wednesday, March 6 during the school day. Please register using QR codes on flyers around the school and on the TVs. Our November drive was very successful. Our school community was able to donate 36 units of blood to save countless lives! Check your email from Mrs. Metzger for the link as well as a parental consent form for those students that are 16.
Are you interested in a career in real estate? Join us for today lunch and learn in the
library. Our guest speaker will be our very own Mrs. Chessor. Grab your lunch and head to the library to hear her talk all about what real estate is about and the interesting career path she has experienced!
Please support this year Charity Week by purchasing an annual Charity Week T-shirt. Shirts will be on sale until Monday, February 26. The cost is only $12. All proceeds will benefit the Detroit Dog Rescue and Downriver Foster Closet. Check your email for the google form or scan a QR code in the hallway!
We need course marshals for the RockCF Half Marathon on March 17. You and a partner get to cheer runners on, guide them in the right direction, and you get a shirt. See Mrs. I to get signed up. This counts as service hours if needed.
There are two spring sport player-parent meetings in the cafeteria next week. Lacrosse will hold their meeting on Tuesday, February 27 at 7 pm and Clay Target will hold their meeting on Thursday, February 29 at 7 pm.
Congratulations to the competitive cheer team who rocked it on Friday. They are District Champions and compete at Regionals this Saturday. Way to go Red Devils!
