Students interested in "Educational Careers" stop by LUNCH AND LEARN TOMORROW while Mrs. Meli, from Forest Elementary School in Riverview, and her team present on elementary teaching topics like STEM, lower elementary teaching, and being a school administrator. Grab your lunch and come to the library or eat quickly and then join us.
GIHS Health Science HOSA students will be hosting a blood drive on WEDNESDAY during the school day. Please register using the QR codes on flyers around the school and on the TV’s. Our November blood drive was very successful. Our school community was able to donate 36 units of blood and save countless lives!
Attention boys trying out for the golf team: Please stop by Mr. Butler's room, A208, and ask him for an informational hand-out concerning tryouts. Try-outs will be next Monday to Wednesday, March 11-13. So, see Mr. Butler before then.
We need course marshals for the RockCF Half Marathon on March 17. You and a partner get to cheer runners on, guide them in the right direction, and you get a shirt. See Mrs. I to get signed up. This counts as service hours if needed.
Congratulations to the competitive cheer team who finished 3rd at the State Championships! There were only tenths of a point difference between the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams. We’re so proud of you! Way to go Red Devils!
