The application window opens: August 9, 2024 - August 23, 2024.

We will only accept applications during this time.  It is your responsibility to get the "District Verification of Prior Discipline" printed and completed by the current school. This form must be turned in by August 23rd.

The Schools of Choice Application will be digital by filling out a Google Form. See below to open the application. 

All Applications and District Verification of Prior Discipline History must be received by August 23, 2024 before 4:00 PM.

District Verification of Prior Discipline must be completed by anyone enrolling in grades 1st-9th. This must be completed by the prior school and they must send it to us directly before the close of the School of Choice window. Please use the link below to get the form.
